When we completed this design+build luxury home near the Columbia River we honored the client’s wish for a traditional design that still feels current by expertly blending modern and classic design elements. The small lot demanded a flexible and innovative approach to home positioning to maximize space.
Since we were brought on from the very beginning. we could consult on the land purchase, and work closely through the design, construction and landscaping process. When a client has no experience building a custom home or doing a remodel, we can coach them through each step so they can feel confident in their decision-making.
